Symptoms of bad fuel pump

The fuel pump provides the force used to drive the fuel from the tank to the combustion chamber. For combustion to occur there is a certain amount of fuel that must mix with a certain amount of air (Air/Fuel ratio) in the presence of a spark.
If there is trouble in the supply of fuel, that means the performance of the engine will reduce.
Symptoms of bad fuel pump:
1. Car hesitating to start or won't start.
2. Car jerking.
3. Loss of power from engine.
4. Loss of power when climbing a hilly road.
